RAPD-199 - Display Work Group History for an Employee on Employee Edit Screen
An employee's Work Group History, up to and including the current workgroup and any pending transfers, can be viewed by a Location Administrator through the EMPLOYEES tab > Employee edit link > View Work Group History link.
RAPD-735 - Time Off Request – No Shift [RAID 72]
ARCOS has added an Unscheduled Time Off request option allowing employees to request time off prior to being scheduled at the time of the request. To enable this ability, a UTO Rule Set must be configured by a Company Administrator and established as the UTO Rule Set for the employee's Work Group.
If the checkbox “Employee Can Request Unscheduled Time Off For Employee” is checked, the “Request Time Off” menu item will be available to the employee.
If the checkbox “Supervisor Can Request Unscheduled Time Off For Employee” is checked, the “Request Time Off” menu item will be available to the supervisor.
The "Min Hours and Max Hours Before Unscheduled Time Off Request" defined here will determine whether the employee is eligible to make the request.
A Location Administrator will need to select the UTO Rule Set in the edit Work Groups Settings screen.
Once established, if an employee meets these requirements, they can Request Time Off on their calendar prior to being scheduled which will be will be categorized as Unscheduled Time Off, pending approval.
RAPD-840 - Accruals By Location [RAID 75]
ARCOS has combined the previous reporting of employee accruals separately based on contracts and agreements and created a single Accruals Account visible per location report accessible at the Company Administrator level in the SETTINGS tab > Edit Accrual Accounts link. Administrators can either Create a New Accrual Account or edit existing accounts.
Company Administrators have the ability to select which Accrual Accounts are shown and displayed by Location. Select those to be displayed in the Edit Accrual Accounts for Location screen which opens by clicking the Accrual Accounts link in the LOCATIONS tab.
RAPD-934 - Saving Proxy Bid to Continue at a Later Time [RAID 87]
Employees are now permitted to save their preferences and continue at a later date when submitting a proxy for scheduled bidding. If the minimum requirement is not met the user will receive a warning when saving as well as receive an email.
Company Administrators will need to check the "Allow Employee to Save Preferences When Less Then Rank" checkbox found in the COPSStandard Shift Rule Set to enable.
RAPD-936 - Bidding with Skills [RAID 85]
The Shift Bid Package has been updated to include the following options:
- Employees Allowed to Bid Regardless of Skill or Select Skill
- Employees Can Save Bids if They Selected All Available Lines
Location Administrators can enable this ability by checking these boxes which now appear while creating a new or editing an existing Bid Package.
The Preferences for Bid Package screen for the Employee now displays the skills missing for each preference.
RAPD-937 - Bid Award Alerts of Minimum Rest Violation Between Current and New Bids [RAID 83]
A report, Minimum Rest Violation, is now available to Location Administrators. This report allows Location Administrators to identify and manually adjust employees' schedules to provide them with the minimum rest required during a transition from one bid to the next.
RAPD-1857 - Remove the Feedback Feature From
All RosterApps Customer Environments The Submit Feedback link has been removed from the header. Customers are encouraged to contact ARCOS support directly at support@arcos-inc.com.
RAPD-1915 - Bid Start Day Restrictions [RAID 111]
ARCOS has added functionality when creating Bid Packages that can restrict the Location Administrators by only making available for them to select the first day of the week for "Effective Start Date" and the last day of the week for "Effective End Date" to ensure proper payment and scheduling patterns.
This logic is enabled by clicking the Edit link in the LOCATIONS tab, by a Company Administrator and only applies to the following screens:
- Create an Alternate Schedule Bid
- Edit Alternate Schedule Bid
- Shift Improvement
- Shorten Bid Package Date
- Extend Bid Package Date
- New Bid Package
RAPD-2160 - Shift Minutes Rounding Rules
A new Shift Rule Set, "Shifts must round to" has been created to ensure that any new or edited shifts have durations that are limited to those equal to the same duration rounded to the tenth of an hour. A Company Administrator can select the duration from the dropdown menu, when creating this new Rule Set, to enable.
RAPD-2459 - Sensitive Termination Data Exposed
ARCOS has applied the same restrictions regarding Shift History to Day Shift History in the instance of a shift being reassigned from one employee to another, the reasons for the reassignment are not provided to protect employee privacy.
RAPD-2528 - View and Approve Assignments: Column Header Needs to be Fixed [RAID 88]
Enhancements have been made to the View and Approve Assignments screen while editing a Bid Package which completes the work of RAID #88. Checking the No Scroll Window checkbox removes the scrollable section within the window and the entire page will scroll.
