RAPD-3046 - Revised Updates for "RAPD-1654 - Ability to Edit Incoming Transfer Employees"

An update has been made to the case RAPD-1654. Location Administrators WILL NOT be able to edit newly transferred employees unless the current time is equal to or greater than the effective date of the transfer.

Dates prior to the transfer date will be disabled within the calendar when accessed on the following pages:

• Skills
• Qualifications
• Cross-Trained Documents While editing any of these options for an employee by the new Location Administrator, the earliest possible date will be the transfer effective date, which is a future date.

RAPD-3676 - Corrected RDO Rules for Shift Trades and Overtime

New Shift Rule Sets have been added allowing Company Administrators to set the "Min Number of Days Off in calendar week" with four additional settings to cover policies pertaining to overtime, open shifts, etc, as well as to protect the employee from being assigned shifts on days off yet allow them to pick up trades if they should choose to do so.

RAPD-3996 - Updated Additional Availability History Report

The Additional Availability History Report, available to Location Administrators, Supervisors, and Schedule Viewers, has been updated to include Awarded Extra Hours outside the Additional Availability requested hours. The period has been extended to include "1 day before" and "1 day after" which will display in the Action column.

RAPD-4072 - Add a Toggle Button to Disable Feature Showing Employee ID

The Employee ID number will not be displayed next to the name on the Employee page by default. Company Administrators will need to enable this feature within the SETTINGS tab to display.
