RAPD-2525 - Temporary Bid Line Assignments

Location Administrators now have the ability to perform a Temporary Bid Line Assignment with the addition of the Temporary Transfer link found on the Employee Edit page.

Within the Temporary Transfer page, the user will work through the following steps to confirm:

1. Select Period - Select the Effective Start & End Date and Work Group for the transfer.
2. Define Employee Status
3. Choose Bid Line(s)
4. Choose Alternate Schedule Bid Line(s)
5. Complete Transfer - Displays Employee & Schedule changes as well as Potential Schedule Issues. Click the Submit Transfer button to finalize. Once submitted this action will cancel any pending actions such as PTO requests or trades during the temporary date range.

The employee will revert to all original settings after the effective end date.

RAPD-3671 - Global Dependability Report

The new Global Dependability Report displays employee dependability per location based on the variables entered and is available to Company Administrators.

RAPD-4019 - Display Version Number in Footer Panel

The current App version number is now displayed in the footer of the window next to the environment the user is in.
