RAPD-2029 - Time Off Request Expiration

ARCOS has updated the Time Off Request option. In order for a Time Off Request to auto-expire at the end of a given shift, Company Administrators must set the Paid Time Off RULE SET for "Min Hours Before Shift End Paid Time Off Request" to 0.01 for the option to function as requested.

RAPD-2524 - Update BLSD Tag for Extended Shifts in API

ARCOS has updated the API for GetSchedules so that shifts resulting from the extension of start/end time (“Shift Extension”) of an existing shift (“Extended Shift) retain the same value for BLSD (“Bid Line Shift Day”) as the Extended Shift.

The following requirements define the functionality:

• When determining the true/false setting for a shift’s BLSD tag in the GetSchedules response, check first to see if the shift is the result of a shift extension (a shift was edited to start earlier and/or end later than originally scheduled), and if so, use the BLSD tag value for the shift from which the extension originated (can use the parent shift ID in the shift history record to determine).
• In the case where there were multiple extensions created (a Shift Extension being itself extended), the BLSD tag will be determined by the shift in the chain that was not itself an extension.

Note: The User Interface is not affected by this update.

RAPD-4551 - Additional Availability History Report Enhancements

The Additional Availability Report has been enhanced to alert Company Administrators that the report displays data 24 hours before and 24 hours after a block of additional availability.

RAPD-4588 - Shift Rule Instead of Company

The Shift Setting "When Employee is splitting a shift, show the option to, 'Remove the break from both segments' which was added in the 20.36 release within the SETTINGS tab can now be found by Company Administrators in RULE SETS tab.
