RAPD-1424 - Create Infraction Report by Selected Pay Period
ARCOS has created the Infraction Count Report, available to Supervisors in the REPORTS tab. The report displays the number of Handled and Unhandled, those against which an action has not been taken, and Infractions during the selected period of time.
RAPD-1519 - Indicate a Corresponding Pay Code for the Prior Period Correction Indicator of that Pay Code
Administrators now have the ability, for each pay code, to indicate a corresponding pay code for the prior period in the Correction Pay Code field. From the TIME AND ATTENDANCE SETTINGS tab, whether editing an existing or creating a New Pay Code, a dropdown menu displays a list chosen for the Correction Pay Code for the prior period.
RAPD-1606 - Add Different Ways to Determine Overtime
To meet Overtime rules the following Shift classification components have been added:
- Create a shift classification component for the Original Scheduled Workday
- Create a shift classification component for the Original Scheduled Day Off
- Create a shift classification component for the Original Scheduled Duration
- Create a shift classification component for the Number of Days Worked Before This Shift In the Current Week
- Create shift classification component for Shift Absent Reason Release Notes
RAPD-1745 - Prior Pay Correction - Mark Shifts Absent, Clear Shift Absences, Edit Absences
Time Keepers now have the ability to make shift corrections when Prior Pay Correction is initiated, opening the past Time Cards for the selected employee.
From the Edit Shift dialog which opens when a shift is selected, the user can:
- Adjust the Hours - Start/End times
- Mark Shift Absent - Check the box and select the reason from the dropdown menu
- Remove Corrections - Clear any adjustments by clicking this button at the bottom
Absences can be removed by clicking the Remove Absences button on the Time Card.
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the window to save all adjustments.
RAPD-1918 - Enhancement: Add Shift Designator to Classification Component
Employees can create a "No Meal Break" infraction to be resolved by a Supervisor. Resolving this infraction extends the shift which is then classified as NOMLBRK to account for the missed break. Company Administrators must have a No Meal Break Shift Designator created and assigned per Location as well as enabled as a Shift Rule Set.
RAPD-1987 - Accrual Calculator: Add Ability to Accrue Per Hour
Accrual Calculator options have been added to allow for positions other than full-time to accumulate hours and accrue time to account for Time Off, Vacation, etc. based on hours worked. From the TIME AND ATTENDANCE SETTINGS tab, Company Administrators can add a new calculator setting or edit an existing one.
From the Accrual Account window, the user sets the details, such as Account, Frequency to be paid, etc to calculate time earned.
Once established, the calculator will need to be enabled per Location by a Company Administrator.
RAPD-2188 - Freeze Payroll Issue
A new setting, "Earliest Shift Edit Date", has been made available to Location Administrators with the purpose of limiting the shift editing capabilities, of employees based on the value entered in this setting.
When a Supervisor, Time Keeper, or Employee tries to edit a shift prior to the Earliest Date for which Shifts can be Edited, the option is limited to "Show Day History' and will no longer be able to Add Punch or Schedule Shift.
