RAPD-1657 - Handling Traded Shifts During the Terminated/Transfer Process

As a Location Administrator, when Terminating or Transferring through the links while editing employees, you now have the ability to assign back and return traded shifts to previous employees or place them on the Shift Management page. This action will then require approval by the Employee and a Supervisor.

RAPD-1902 - Implement MFA w/ SSO

ARCOS has added the ability for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to be required for users upon login. Company Administrators can indicate which security roles will require an MFA, if enabled, through the "Edit Authentication Settings" link in the SETTINGS tab.

RAPD-2121 - Location Admin and Schedule Viewer Search Report

The Show Security Roles for Selected User Report is available to Location Administrators and Schedule Viewers which displays all security roles for active employees.

RAPD-2179 - Indicate Prior Pay Status on Time Card

Timekeepers have the ability to view Prior Pay Corrections when they view an employee's Time Card for a pay period when payroll has been run.

RAPD-2469 - Vacation Award Weeks Not Altering Shifts in Unassigned State

When a Location Administrator performs the "Run Paid Time Off Award" action in the VACATION BIDS tab the Modify PTO Awards page will open displaying potential issues regarding the bid.
