RAPD-198 - Employee Home Page: Allow Employees to See What Rule Set They Are Under

Employees have the ability to view their Rule Sets. Current and Future Rule Sets are displayed in the Employee's HOME tab. Clicking the Rule Set link displays the Rule Set Description. Comments added by a Location Administrator can be viewed by clicking the Comments link.

This option will need to be enabled by a Location Administrator by clicking the Edit Employee View Rule Set Assignments in the SETTINGS tab, checking the 'Allow' box, and clicking Update.

RAPD-3157 - Show Comments Column to Absent/Late Report & Approved UTO Report

A Comments section has been added to the Approved UTO Report, available to Location Administrators, for auditing purposes.

RAPD-3459 - Pay Rule Sets Interface

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance), a new Pay Rule Set option allowing Company Administrators to edit existing or create new Pay Rule Sets for employees.

RAPD-3494 - Pay Rule Set Interface - Post Accumulators Interface

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance), a Post Accumulator section has been added to the Ray Rule Set interface, described above, allowing Company Administrators to define Pay Rule Sets to take effect when Accumulators are met.

RAPD-4079 - Ability to Bypass Conflicts when Assigning Shifts to an Employee Calendar

A new Shift Rule Setting has been added which allows Supervisors to bypass conflicts, such as "Currently not meeting minimum requirements of base shift hours and trade shift hours to be awarded open shift", that may arise while assigning shifts directly to an Employee's calendar. The Shift Rule Set "Enable Shift Rule Set settings check when Adding Shift Directly to Calendar" is enabled by default.
