RAPD-3803 - Process Payroll on RosterApps UI

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has updated payroll processing such that customers can initiate the process themselves (and thus not have to open a support ticket to have it done). Payroll users can select from the list of displayed payrolls, and resolve any infractions which, if any will display a red X in the Ready column, once in the Ready status (green checkmark) the user can click the Process Payroll button to run payroll.

RAPD-6515 - New FAA Report on Consecutive Days Off

ARCOS has added the new FAA Days Off Report which, based on FAA guidelines, displays whether employees have 4 consecutive days off for the time period and Work Group selected. The results will display the four consecutive dates as seen in the image below, and the cell color indicates:

• Green - the day off has occurred and the employee has received the day off.
• Yellow - the day off has NOT yet occurred.
• Red - the day off cannot be found within the system.

NOTE: This report must be enabled to display by a Company Administrator in the SETTINGS tab.

RAPD-8944 - New Rule Setting for Secondary Accrual Accounts

ARCOS has added the "Must Cover with Secondary Accrual Hours" Rule Setting to the Absent or Paid Time Off Reasons. This setting prevents an instance when hours are pulled from a secondary account if the hours needed to cover either Reason have not been accrued despite enabling the "Can Go Negative" setting. This new setting will only appear if there is at least one secondary accrual account selected for either the Absent or PTO Reason.

If enabled, when the user attempts to create an absence or enter a PTO request but can't cover the hours with what's in their linked secondary accrual bank(s), the request will fail and they'll receive a warning message for insufficient hours.

NOTE: If a secondary account has the "Can Go Negative" option selected, a warning will not be triggered since more can always be subtracted from the account regardless of the current balance.

RAPD-9028 - Service to Run Accrual Calculators on the Frequency

ARCOS has enhanced the Time and Attendance Settings to allow for Accrual Calculators to run on a Frequency basis. When Run on Frequency is enabled users can select to have the account to begin accruing based on the option selected in the Frequency menu.

These options include:

• Monthly - Beginning the first day of every month.
• Quarterly - Beginning the first day of every quarter.
• Yearly - Beginning the first day of every new year.
• Anniversary - Beginning the anniversary of the employee's hire date.

RAPD-9164 - Simple Duty Roster Report Available to Employee Users

ARCOS has updated the Rule Setting "Can Employee Run Detailed Duty Roster Report" so that it no longer controls access to the Simple Duty Roster report. It will continue to control access to the Multi-Skill Duty Roster report. The Simple Duty Roster Report will be available to all employees assuming it is active for the company (configured in the report settings).
