RosterApps Enhancements

RAPD-9611 - Enhanced Additional Availability Report

ARCOS has enhanced the Additional Availability Report, available to Supervisors, to include the following:

• Any OT shifts that are about the selected date/time range will be included. For example, if the selected range is from 10:00 - 15:00, an OT shift that ends at 10:00 or begins at 15:00 will be included in the report.
• Any OT shifts that are found in the selected date/time range that do not overlap an Additional Availability Request in the search range will be included in the report.
• For any OT Shifts that don’t overlap an Additional Availability Request, they will be associated with the closest one in the selected date/time range.

RAPD-10929 - Added Ability to Add Qualifications for Future Dated Transfers

ARCOS has added the ability for Location Administrators to edit qualifications, as of the effective date, for employees who are currently assigned to another location but transferring to their location in the future. Entering the date the employee will be at the selected location displays the transferred employee, which then allows the user to Add New or Edit Qualifications via the Edit Employee window.

Time & Attendance Enhancements

RAPD-9800 - Enhanced to Calculate OT during DST Correctly

ARCOS has enhanced the Time and Attendance module to allow for the correct calculation of Overtime accumulated during Daylight Savings Time. Previously employees were receiving one less hour of OT in the Fall and one more hour in the Spring. The following Components have been added and can be used in Shift Classifications and Accumulator Filters:

• Is Spring Forward - The shift crosses DST Spring ahead.
• Is Fall Back - The shift crosses DST Fall back.
• Is Spring Forward in Day - Any shift in a day that also has a shift that crosses DST Spring ahead.
• Is Fall Back in Day - Any shift in a day that also has a shift that crosses DST Fall back. 
• Is Spring Forward in Week - Any shift in a week that also has a shift that crosses DST Spring ahead.
• Is Fall Back in Week - Any shift in a week that also has a shift that crosses DST Fall back.

RAPD-10077 - Added Components to History

ARCOS has enhanced the History functionality to display the Component history to Company Administrators. Depending on the History viewed, select the component type from the Column Display option from the menu to display in the History page.
