RosterApps Enhancements

RAPD-11559 - Relief Shift Bidding: Ability to Add Vacated Temporary Transfer Shifts to Shift Mgmt Page

ARCOS has expanded the ability to post vacated shifts during a temporary transfer to the Shift Management page to include those from a Relief type Bid Package in addition to Standard. 

Location Administrators will need to check the “Post vacated original bidline to shift management for the duration of temporary transfer” option now available at step #3, the Choose Bid Line portion of the transfer, to enable.

Time & Attendance Enhancements

RAPD-10239 - Moved and Updated Pay Rule Sets UI

ARCOS has relocated the Pay Rule Sets functionality to the TIME AND ATTENDANCE SETTINGS tab and updated the user interface to align with the other configuration pages within the tab.

The Pay Rule Sets within the page are listed by Name, Creator Name, Last Update Timestamp, and an Active Status indicator as well as the ability to Edit and view the History.

Additional changes include:

• The ability to drag and drop Accumulators in the user’s desired order.
• The ability to add multiple Accumulators at one time.
• The Holiday Calendar menu will now display the latest additions at the beginning of the list, newest to oldest.
• The Edit window includes the Impacted section which displays the areas that the current component affects.
• When adding an Accumulator, the system will automatically check to ensure Shift Classifications used by the Accumulator are contained within the Shift Classification Set selected for this Pay Rule Set. If any Shift Classifications are not in the Set, an error will appear and the Accumulator not added.
