RosterApps Enhancements

RAPD-4608 - Updated Employee Qualification Report

ARCOS has updated the Employee Qualification Report available to Location Administrator. This report now allows users to filter the results based on an individual employee or one or more Work Groups, as well as with or without the selected qualifications.

RAPD-9918 - Relief Shift Bidding: Allow for Multiple Shifts per Day

ARCOS has updated the Relief Shift Bidding functionality to allow for multiple shifts, up to the maximum amount as defined by an administrator, to be included in a bid line.

NOTE: Location Administrators will need to validate and manage overlapping shifts.

Time & Attendance Enhancements

RAPD-10411 - Payroll Page Enhancements

ARCOS has updated the Payroll page to include the following changes:

• Buttons - The Process Payroll, View Infractions, and the Report buttons have all been updated.
• Filter - Users have the ability to filter payroll records by date range.
• Current Payroll - The current payroll period will always display at the top of the page.
• Pagination - The page will display the maximum of ten pay periods per page by order of date. The user will need to page through, using the available buttons, to view older or recent payroll periods.
• Infractions - Infractions will only be displayed if included in a specific payroll when it’s selected and needs to be processed. The View Infractions button will appear and when selected open the Unresolved Infractions modal allowing the user to resolve it.
