RAPD-7967 - Added Ability to Submit Partial PTO Request

ARCOS has added the ability for employees to request Partial PTO for an amount available in their banked PTO account. This option can be enabled by Company Administrators by selecting the Paid Time Off Rule Set "Can Request Partial Shift Paid Time Off". Supervisors or Employees will then be able to enter the desired amount by selecting the "Take partial shift off" option when Requesting Time Off and entering an amount available to them in their banked PTO account.

NOTE: As a result of this enhancement, the existing rule setting “Allow Partial Shift Paid Time Off” has been renamed to “Allow Employees to Accept Partial Shift When Requesting Entire Shift Off".
