RAPD-6769 - Updated Report Names

ARCOS has updated the names of two existing reports, their functionality remains the same. These reports include:

• Piedmont Payroll Hours report is now listed as Payroll Hours.
• Overtime Shifts report is now listed as Open/Assigned Shifts.

RAPD-9339 - Relief Shift Bidding

ARCOS has added Relief Shift Bidding which allows Location Administrators a quick way to assemble many open shifts into relief shift bid packages to distribute shift coverage evenly and fairly among employees. This option must be enabled via the Edit Bid Package Setting by a Company Administrator prior to use.

When enabled, the Bid Packages page will appear with the Type column displaying the value of Standard or Relief, which can be filtered to view to either.

To add a Relief Shift Bid Package, select the Create bid package from open shifts option in the Create New Bid Package page.

Once created, users can revise all aspects of the Bid Package, such as Editing and Adding Bid Lines, etc except for the Bid Package Type which is non-editable.

Shifts can be added from the New Bid Line page by SHIFT+CLICKING an open shift and entering the necessary information in the Add Shift modal which opens for the selected date.
