RAPD-6406 - Enhanced Time Cards

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has enhanced Time Cards to display associated Payroll Processing Information, such as Employee Classification, Shift Classification, Accumulators, and Post Accumulators, when a shift is selected by a Time Keeper and/or Schedule Viewer.

RAPD-6527 - Data Purge Process

ARCOS has implemented a Data Purge process that allows a data retention value to be set if it is defined in your contract. When enabled, the system will purge all data created older than the retention date defined. Please contact your Account Manager if you have questions about your contractual data retention settings.

RAPD-7280 - Group Shift Extension - Pending Time Off Request

ARCOS has added two new settings, available to administrators, to resolve any issues that may arise when scheduling Group Shift Extensions that include Pending PTO requests. These include:

• Company Administrators - "Allow locations to include pending time off requests for Group Shift Extensions" via Edit Group Extension Settings.
• Location Administrators - "Include pending time off requests for Group Shift Extensions" via Edit Group Extension Settings.

When BOTH settings are enabled, any employee that has a pending PTO request for the shift in question will be included in the list of employees that can have a shift extension added to their shift. The affected employees will then receive an email indicating a need for them to extend their PTO request through RosterApps if desired.

RAPD-7736 - Pay Code Display UI Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance):

ARCOS has added a Pay Code Display setting allowing Company Administrators to define the shift as it appears on time cards. T

he Pay Code Displays option, available in the Time And Attendance Settings tab, allows users to add new or edit existing values.

Within the Edit Pay Code Display page, users can define the name of a shift and assign colors to display when it appears on the Time Card.

Once saved, theses values will then appear in the Pay Code Display menu when creating or editing a Pay Code.

RAPD-8884 - Ability to Mass Add/Remove Time Keepers to/from all Locations and all Work Groups

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has added the ability for Payroll Administrators to add or remove Time Keepers to and from multiple locations at one time. The option to "Add Time Keepers to Multiple Locations" has been added to the subsequent window when the Time Keeper Role link is selected from the Locations tab.

Once the employee has been selected, users can enable the Locations from the displayed list by checking the box and clicking Create. This action also adds the Time Keeper to all associated Work Groups. Time Keepers can be removed from this Role/Work Group by deselecting the listed locations.

NOTE: Time Keeper management for individual Work Groups has moved from the Locations list to its own page, as seen in the above image.
