RAPD-6912 - Updated IdeaBank Location

ARCOS has relocated the IdeaBank location from the My Profile link to the footer of the platform.

RAPD-9007 - Add Green/Red Indicator to UI for Payroll Processing

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has added an indicator to the Payroll process to denote if the payroll service is connected. A Green indicator will display when the payroll service is connected and allows the user to submit. A Red indicator will not allow the user to submit payroll.

NOTE: Upon initial load of the page the indicator will appear Red while connecting to the Payroll Service. If the indicator does not turn Green after the auto-refresh of 5 minutes, please contact ARCOS Support.

RAPD-9299 - PTO Transaction Timestamps added to UI

ARCOS has added a Transaction Date column to several PTO tables to record the date and time a change has been made to any PTO table throughout the system. This addition affects any tables associated with PTO, such as PTO Bank, Past PTO Activity, Future Approved PTO, etc. For example:

RAPD-9859 - Payroll Frequency Moved from Pay Rule Set to Payroll Group

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has moved the Payroll Frequency setting from the Pay Rule Set to the Payroll Groups. The Payroll Groups UI, while not currently available, will be released in the near future.
