The View Open Callouts page allows users to view callouts that are currently open within preselected locations. Unlike the web version of the View Open Callouts page, the mobile version does not use sort features or filters.
From the View Open Callouts page, users (with the appropriate security access) can do the following:
To Access the View Open Callouts Page

Tap the Callout button on the Home page. The Callout Screen displays.

Tap the View Callouts button. The Callouts page displays.
Note: Only callouts within your preselected locations will display. Please see Adding & Removing Locations for details on how to change your location filters.
Note: If a callout has multiple sub-callouts the status reflected on the View Open Callouts screen will reflect the highest status. The status ranks are as follows from highest to lowest: Running, Pending Pop-up, Delay, Pager Delay, Submitted, Paused, Queued, Hold, Wait, Done, Stopping, Stop, Edit, New.

Tap on a callout to view the details and it's sub-callouts.
