Mobile Plus: Release an Employee from a Callout

To release an Employee from a Callout via Accepts Page

1. Tap the Callout button on the Home page. The Callout Screen displays.

2. Tap the View Callouts button. The Callouts page displays.

Note: Only callouts within your preselected locations will display. Please see Adding & Removing Locations for details on how to change your location filters.

3. Tap on the callout you wish to view. The details of the callout displays.

4. Tap the Accepts button at the bottom right hand corner of the page. The list of accepted employees displays.

5. Tap on the employee's name. The employee's Working Detail page displays.

6. Tap the Release button at the bottom of the page. You are returned to the details page.
