Mobile Plus: Stop an Open Callout via Mobile App

To stop an Open Callout via Mobile App

1. Tap the Callout button on the Home page. The Callout Screen displays.

2. Tap the View Callouts button. The Callouts page displays.

Note: Only callouts within your preselected locations will display. Please see Adding & Removing Locations for details on how to change your location filters.

3. Tap on the callout you wish to stop. The details of the callout displays.

4. Scroll down to the Positions section of the callout's details.

5. Tap the Stop  button next to the sub-callout that needs to be stopped.

Note: Each sub-callout needs to be stopped independently.
