View Open Callouts

The View Open Callouts page allows you to monitor the status of open callouts, view callout progress, and stop, close, or transfer the callout. When the View Open Callouts page displays or when it refreshes, any pending pop-ups display.

• Offers filter choices:

• • Uses the Location Selector

  • Provides option to filter the view by a single callout type

  • Provides several Sort By choices

  • Provides a choice of Condensed or Expanded views

• Remembers your search filter settings

• Links directly to the Callout Edit page, allowing you to view all of your choices for the callout

• Links directly to the Callout Detail Report page, instead of having the intermediated Callout Detail Screen page display (info previously available on the Callout Detail Screen page has been moved to the Callout Detail Report page

• Links CO_ID (sub-callout ID) to the Callout Detail Report page to show details of the sub-callout

• Links the # Filled column to the new Accepts Summary page

• Identifies Rollovers in real-time

• Displays Trouble Location (if you have this option)

• Supports Browser Back button on all pages
