The View Open Callouts pages offers two views of the report: Expanded View or Condensed View. Select the mode in which you wish to view the page from the View filter located at the top of the View Open Callouts page. This topic discusses the Expanded View.

Callout ID |
Unique ID number for the callout. This field contains two links, the Callout ID link that takes you to the Callout Detail Report and the edit link that takes you to the Callout Edit page. (The edit link is only available if you have the security feature for callout edit.) |
Type |
Type of callout. This field displays the callout type that was selected from the Callout Edit page when the callout was created. This list is based on your company callout types. |
OpCenter |
Name of the Level 4 location from which the callout originated.
If "*ROLL" displays under the OpCenter name, the callout has been rolled over. The name of the location to which the callout was rolled over displays after "*ROLL." Note: The name of this field is tailored for each company - could be Office or Headquarters instead of OpCenter, for example. |
Owner |
Name of the user who created the callout or is currently responsible for the callout if it was transferred from the original creator to another user. |
Eff. Date/Time * |
AKA the work start date and time.
*If you mouse over the header, a definition of the field displays. If you hover over the actual date and time, the day, date, and time displays in the mouse over. |
Notes * |
Number of notes attached to the callout. Notes can only be added on the Callout Edit page.
*If you mouse over the number, the text from the notes displays on the screen. |
Messages |

Stop |
Select to stop the callout. Note: This checkbox displays only if you have the security feature for view open callouts stop/close/xfer. |
Close |
Select to close the callout, once the callout is stopped. Note: This checkbox displays only if you have the security feature for view open callouts stop/close/xfer. |
Xfer |
Select to indicate you wish to transfer ownership of this callout to another ARCOS® user. The checkbox works in conjunction with the Transfer To: dropdown at the bottom of the page. Note: This checkbox displays only if you have the security feature for view open callouts stop/close/xfer. |
Description (not labeled) |
The description that was entered or created by default by ARCOS when the callout was established on the Callout Edit page. |
CO ID |
Unique ID number for each sub-callout in the callout. This field contains the sub-callout IDs, which are linked to a Callout Detail Report page for the selected sub-callout. |
Class/WG |
Classification or Workgroup for the sub-callout. If the callout is in Rollover status, "*ROLL:" displays under the Class/WG name along with the Class/WG to which the call was rolled. |
OpCenter |
