The new View Open Callouts page allows you to monitor the status of open callouts, view callout progress, and stop, close, or transfer the callout. The filter and sort options have been updated. The following table provides descriptions of the filter and sort options found at the top of the View Open Callouts page.

Locations |
Click to display the Location picker that allows you to select the locations (Level 1 through Level 4) for which you wish to view callouts. The number of locations is displayed in parentheses. |

Checkbox that allows you to filter the open callouts to display only those that are assigned to you. |
Type |
Drop down list of callout types from which to choose. Allows you to filter the open callouts list to those with the selected callout type. This list is based on your company callout types. |
Sort |
Drop down list of available sort options that allows you to sort the order in which callouts display. Choices are to sort by Effective Date/Time, Callout ID, Owner, OpCenter, Callout Type, or Status. |
View |
Drop down list that allows you to choose to view the callout list in either Expanded or Condensed format. The Expanded view is the default view on the View Open Callouts page. The Condensed view is the default view in Reports>Callout Detail>Callout Detail report. |
Resets the filters to the default. The Locations filter resets to your current Level 4 location, the Sort filter resets to Eff. Date/Time, and the View filter resets to Expanded. |

Refreshes the screen with the most recent data. |
Note: ARCOS remembers your filter options when you navigate away from the View Open Callouts page. When you logout, ARCOS prompts you to determine if you wish to save your filter settings for future use.
