ARCOS Callout Enhancements
Updated Callout Detail Reports
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Callout Detail by Ticket Report, available in the Reports module, to return Callouts that do not include an attached sub-callout. Previously, users would need to know the CalloutID to search when created via an API.
When searching by ticket number the Callout Detail Report Results will display all Callouts and include
“NONE” in the Subcallouts / #Requested column if no sub-callout is associated.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Callout customers that use the Ticket Callout Attribute will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
