ARCOS Platform Enhancements

Enabled SSO Configuration Page for All Customers
What is changing:
ARCOS has made the SSO Configuration page available to all administrators. The SSO Config page can
be found in the Sys Admin module. Fill in the necessary information and toggle the Enable option ON to
allow users to use one set of credentials to login.

The following options will need to be enabled per Security Group to allow:
• SSO/SAML Config - View
• SSO/SAML Config - Edit
• Web Login with Single Sign-On
• Mobile Login with Single Sign-On

Who is involved:
All ARCOS customers will receive this update.

What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.

Updated Verbiage on Employee Pages
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the verbiage on two Employee pages (which allow users to reset employee passwords) for clarification.

The “Reset Web*” option has been updated to “Reset Password*” on both the Employee Modify page and
the Employee Password page.

In addition, the ‘Reset VRU” option has been updated to “Reset VRU PIN” on the Password page to match
the Modify page.

All ARCOS customers will receive this update.

No further action is necessary to implement this change.

ARCOS Mobile Enhancements

Updated Mobile Plus to Display Password
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Mobile Plus app to allow users to view their password entries.

From the multiple pages within the Mobile Plus app, such as Set Password, Change Password, etc, wherever the user has to enter their Current or New Password, the Show Password icon has been added. Tap the icon to display the password as entered.

NOTE: The password is only visible while pressing down on the icon.

All ARCOS Mobile Plus customers will receive this update.
