IdeaBank: Updated Lockout Popup Warning
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Lockout popup warning that appears in the mobile app to alert users they will be
lockout due to failed login attempts. The warning will now remain on the screen until either the user logs in successfully or clicks the X to close it.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS mobile customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
Updated Mobile+ Account Email Address Verification Process
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the account email address verification process within the ARCOS Mobile+ app to
automatically send a verification email when the user designates an address as the Account Address.
If a Mobile+ user does not have an email address saved OR does have a saved address but not enabled as an Account Address, upon login they will receive an alert that an Account Email Address is required within the system.
Clicking the button available within the warning will take them to the Add Email Address screen where they can enter their information. Enable the Account Address toggle to designate, and once saved an email is automatically sent to that address which includes Verification instructions. A confirmation banner will then display notifying the user that a verification email has been sent to the supplied address.
If a user adds a new email address and that user does NOT currently have an email address designated as the Account Address, the system will automatically mark that email address as the Account Address.
If an Account Address is saved but not verified, a Verify Email button will display. Once clicked, users will
receive the same confirmation banner and the automatic verification email is sent.
