ARCOS API Enhancements

Updated “/rest/schedules/shifts” Request to Delete Assignment
What is changing:
ARCOS has added a DELETE call to the schedules endpoint.
POST and DELETE will function the same way to delete a shift assignment when the shiftId is passed as 0. The delete endpoint has been added for clarity.

Who is involved:
All ARCOS API customers will receive this update.

What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
