The Time and Attendance module for ARCOS RosterApps makes it possible to convert schedule information into pay records for your employees. While most systems require a payroll administrator to assign a pay type/code to each block of time on an employee’s record so that pay is calculated correctly, ARCOS has taken the approach of letting you define how time should be classified and then lets the system correctly interpret the employee’s schedule and generate an accurate time card. This guide will provide you with an overview of how to plan, create, and manage the system so you can automate the payroll process and adapt to any payroll rules that may evolve for your company over time.
ARCOS Time and Attendance allows for very powerful configuration capabilities in order to meet all your company policies. This level of configurability comes with risks of errors. Before creating or editing your configuration please see the Best Practices section.
