The Time Banks link within the Time and Attendance tab allows Company Administrators to configure new "Banks" which, when associated with a Pay Code and Location, will accumulate and track hours for specified employees. The accumulation of hours will occur at the end of each payroll run, though manual updates to the time banks is also possible (see below).
Selecting the Time Banks link opens the list of established Time Banks. Displayed for each is the Name, Abbreviation (as the bank appears in the Time Bank Summary per employee), as well as the number of Pay Codes and Locations associated.
Edits can be made to each listed by selecting the Edit icon.
Add a Time Bank
Clicking the + Add New button opens the New Time Bank window.
Enter the name for the new Time Bank, Abbreviation, and a description if necessary.
Select the Pay Codes to apply and assign the Locations to the new Time Bank from the available lists.
The Active option is enabled by default.
Edit Time Banks per Employee
Location Administrators have the ability to edit Time Bank details per employee.
Open the Edit Employee window by clicking the Edit link for the specified employee in the Employees tab.
The Time Bank Summary section displays the Time Banks configured for the selected employee.
Clicking an individual Time Bank opens the detailed view including total hours as well as the specific transactions that affected the accumulated hours.
Clicking the Update Hours button available at the top of the page allows the user to make manual adjustments in the dialog that opens.
Click the Save button to save any changes.
