Enable Time & Attendance and Assign Pay Rule Set

For clients using the Time and Attendance module, Company Administrators enable the Use Time and Attendance option for each new Location in the Edit Location window. Once this option is enabled, Payroll Administrators can define the Pay Rule Set per Location.
