Shift History

RosterApps has a very useful action that you can take with any Shift on your Calendar, and that is to get a Shift History. This is a detailed listing of every action that has taken place with the Shift since it was created as the result of a bidline being awarded, or a Supervisor creating an Open Shift.

From the 'My Calendar' tab your schedule is displayed.

When you hover your cursor over a shift, information will pop-up in a little window about that shift. This information, although brief, gives you an overview about the Shift -- Start Time, Stop Time, Shift Length, Break Time, Break Length, and Work Group.

In order to bring up a detailed listing of all the actions that have been taken on a Shift (including its creation), click on the Shift and select "History" from the pop-up menu of possible actions.

Once you select 'History' you will be taken to a resulting page that details each action or significant event in the life of any given Shift. This will cover from the creation of the Shift, up to the latest recorded action regarding the Shift.
