Serial Calling

There are instances when more than one roster must be called for a callout, for example a Lineman list and an Apprentice list. Normally, ARCOS calls all rosters simultaneously. However, your company may not want ARCOS to call all of the selected rosters simultaneously. Instead you may want to call one roster first and not call the next roster until the required number of employees has accepted from the first roster or some other intervention has occurred on the first roster. Serial Calling accomplishes this by calling everyone on the first list while putting the second and any other subsequent lists on hold until the first list criteria is met.
