When an employee is offered work through the ARCOS Outbound VRU, besides responding with an Accept or Decline, if the company allows, he can also respond with a Qualified No. This means he declines for now, but if ARCOS is unable to fill the callout, he receives a second call asking him to respond to the callout. ARCOS can call the employee back according to company requirements, such as:
-
After ARCOS has called everyone on the current roster.
-
After ARCOS has called all rosters in a chain in the current Level 4 location.
-
After ARCOS has called all rosters in the chain in the current Level 3 location.
Qualified No Callback All Devices
When this feature is enabled, ARCOS will call an employee back who responded with a Qualified No on ALL of his defined devices instead of only calling back the device from which the Qualified No was received.
Qualified No Applied Across CoMain
When this feature is enabled, ARCOS will apply an employee’s Qualify No response across the entire callout. Meaning, if an employee responds with a Qualify No on the first sub-callout but all of the positions are filled without having to call him back, ARCOS will call the employee back on another sub-callout if his name appears in the list and the requested positions are not filled.
Note: Qualified No Applied across CoMain is generally used with the Sibling Callout Rule (One Call per CoMain).
