The Holdover Callout Attribute determines when the accepting employee's working record will begin for the callout based on their current availability status. If an employee accepts

While working their normal shift, the start time of the callout record will be at the end of their shift record.

Within X minutes of the end time of their normal shift, the start time of the callout record will be at the end of their shift record.

Example: If X equals 15 minutes and an employee's shift ends at 14:30 and they accept a callout at 14:40, the start time of the working callout record will be at 14:30 and not at the time they accepted the callout (14:40).

More than X minutes of the end time of their normal shift, the start time of the callout record will be at the time they accepted the callout.

Example: If X equals 15 minutes and an employee's shift ends at 14:30 and they accept a callout at 14:50, the start time of the working callout record will be at 14:50.
