Employee Release Callback

Employee Release Callback feature allows supervisors to select employees to be called by ARCOS after working an exception for X hours. When the employee is called, they will be asked if they wish to release themselves or wish to remain on their schedule record. If the employee wishes to remain on their schedule record, ARCOS will auto-extend the record 4 hours and will call them back once the working record auto-extends again in 4 hours if they have not already release themselves.
