Call On-Call Employees

Call On-Call Employees is a callout rule that can be enabled by callout type. This callout rule ensures employees who are on-call will be called on every sequence within a chain, that they are on, until they accept regardless of their call result.

Note: This functionality only affects employees who are on a list with the list status of On-Call. If an employee is on a list that is chained to the on-call list and declines on their first device, their second device will not be called and the employee will not be called again until the callout is resubmitted.
