The Incident Admin page displays incidents by category (e.g. gas or electric) that are either in open or closed (completed) status. These incidents are created by the user to track internal tickets (or incidents) that are reported by either their customers or employees.
To View the Incident Detail Report

Click the Callout tab.

Click the Incident Admin button. The Incident Admin page displays.

Select the status and type of the incident that needs modified from their respective dropdowns. The incidents that fit the selected criteria display.
Note: To view all incidents regardless of their current status, select All from the Status dropdown.

Adjust the Start Date using the = 4 && typeof(BSPSPopupOnMouseOver) == 'function') BSPSPopupOnMouseOver(event);" class="BSSCPopup"calendar picker to view incidents further than 6 days in the past.

Click the Submit Search button.

Click the number of callouts link in the #Callouts table. A list of callouts that are associated with the incident displays.
