The Incident Admin page displays incidents by category (e.g. gas or electric) that are either in open or closed (completed) status. These incidents are created by the user to track internal tickets (or incidents) that are reported by either their customers or employees. Incidents are created in ARCOS prior to a callout being created for the issue. Once an incident is created, it can then be assigned to a callout via the callout create page.
Note: The Incident ID field on the Callout Create page will only displays as a dropdown if the user has at minimum "view" access of the Incident Admin page.
