There may come a time when a user creates an incident that is not need for some reason or another. It could be the work is now going to be preformed by employees who are working their normal shift. Therefore, a callout is not needed to complete the work. In this situation, the incident could be deleted in ARCOS.
Note: An incident cannot be deleted if there are callouts associated with it.
To Delete an Incident

Click the Callout tab.

Click the Incident Admin button. The Incident Admin page displays.

Select the Status and Type of the incident that needs deleted from their respective dropdowns. The incidents that fit the selected criteria displays.

Click the Delete button in the Actions column for the specific incident. A pop-up displays asking for confirmation to delete the incident.

Click the OK button on the confirmation pop-up.
