ARCOS Platform Enhancements

Added Password Expiration Warning
What is changing:
ARCOS has added a Password Expiration Warning to the platform to alert users upon login, that their
password will soon expire. The warning appears seven (7) days prior the expiration of the current
password and will continue until it’s reset.

Selecting the “click here to update your password” link, available in the warning, directs the user to
the My Account Admin > Security > Change Password dialog, allowing them to reset their password.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.

ARCOS Mobile Enhancements

Updated Password Expiration Warning
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Password Expiration Warning displayed within the mobile app to appear
at the top of the screen upon login. The warning appears seven (7) days prior the expiration of the
current password and will continue until it’s reset.

Who is involved:
All ARCOS Mobile Plus customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
