ARCOS Platform Enhancements
Updated User Email Verification Process
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the email verification process within the platform, available in the My Account
page, to make the operation more intuitive and easier for the user.
When a new email address is added where none is designated as the Account Address, the new
email will automatically be enabled as the Account Address for the user.
When a new email address is added, the Account Address option is enabled and saved, the system
automatically sends the verification email to the new address. The Verify Email button allows the
user to manually send a verification email to the new address.
A confirmation banner appears when the verification email is sent, when initiated automatically or by
clicking the Verify Email button.
An Alert banner will display when there is no saved email associated with the user in the system OR the saved email does not have the Account Address option enabled. Users will need to add a new email address or edit existing email address and toggle on the Account Address to resolve the Alert.

All ARCOS customers will receive this update.

ARCOS Mobile Enhancements
Enhanced Mobile+ App to Include Login Help
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Mobile+ app to include the Help link on the Login page. When tapped,
a message appears alerting users to contact their Company Administrator for Help regarding Login
information such as Company, Username, Email or Password reset.
NOTE: ARCOS Support is unable to reset user passwords.

All ARCOS Mobile+ customers will receive this update.
