ARCOS Platform Enhancements
Added Ability to Remove Vehicle Assignment in Schedule Record
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Schedule module to allow users to remove a Vehicle assignment from an
Employee’s Schedule Record despite remaining assigned in the Employee tab.
Assigned vehicles can be removed by selecting the blank cell from in the Vehicle field of the Schedule
Record Detail modal which opens when the shift is selected. Click the Save & Close button and the
vehicle is removed.
These steps will need to be repeated for each shift since a shift record cannot exceed 24 hours, otherwise the vehicle can be removed via the Employee module.

“left the page while responding” 3 times in a row for a specific callout, the user will then not be able
to attempt to respond again for 30 seconds afterwards. This change is being made to avoid extending
the Callout or delaying the response of others.
