Updated Phone Number Section in Employee Module
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Employee module by reorganizing the Phone Number section to have the
SMS field now appear after the Type field for better user flow when Adding or Editing Employees.
The field will still be disabled if anything other than “Cell” in selecting for phone Type.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
Added Configuration to Change Callout Respond Time for Mobile Users
What is changing:
ARCOS has created a configuration setting that allows ARCOS users to change the mobile response
window for a Callout. Currently the Response page defaults to 2 minutes, now users have the ability
to define the exact response time, including seconds, within a 3 minute maximum limit.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Callout and Mobile customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
Contact Professional Services to change the current time limit.
ARCOS Mobile Enhancements
Updated Schedule Exception Handling
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated Schedule Exception handling within the Mobile Plus app so that non-standard
exceptions can be displayed on the Schedule screen.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Mobile Plus customers will receive this update.
