RAPD-4435 - Set Up a PTO Reason based on Number of Occurrences Allowed in a Year

ARCOS has added options within the Paid Time Off Reasons Setting to allow for the limiting specific PTO reasons based on the number of times it is requested within the specified timeframe. While creating or editing an existing reason, new options are available in the Paid Time Reason page:

• Limit Usage By Maximum Occurrences Check to enable this feature.
• Maximum Occurrence Timeframe Select either Calendar Year or Window Hours. If Window Hours are entered, the system will check for occurrences for that amount prior to AND in the future of the date used.
• Maximum Occurrence Number Enter the maximum number of times the Reason can be entered by the employee.
• Count Same Day Occurrences As One Leave unchecked to count as multiples if the Reason is used more than once on the same day.
