RAPD-5671 - Ability to Exclude Salaried Employees From Payroll

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has added the ability to exclude salaried employees from time cards, payroll, and reports. From the EMPLOYEES tab, a Location Administration can select the employee from the list to Edit and select the "Exclude From Payroll" link displayed in the Available Actions section.

This setting can also be updated via the API - updateExistingEmployee method.

ARCOS has made several updates to the EVB functionality for Location Administrations, including setting up Liability Levels, Vacation Bid Groups, etc.
