RAPD-1656 - Employee Overtime Reports

ARCOS has added two new reports Employee Overtime Detail and Employee Overtime Summary. These new reports include all Overtime Hours Details and/or Summaries, accrued through Shift Management or Open Shift Sign-up, that each Employee or Work Group has been awarded for the year selected.

NOTE: This report must be enabled to display by a Company Administrator in the SETTINGS tab.

RAPD-8070 - Employee Bidding: Selecting Preferences at a Later Time

ARCOS has updated the current Fix Numbers behavior within the BIDDING tab. This update allows the employee to keep the existing preferences in their order of choice and make a new selection without impacting the other preferences until the employee selects the Fix Numbers or Save button.

For example: If Jane selects their first, 2nd, and 3rd choice, but then sees there is another option that they would prefer for their 1st choice they can deselect the original choice without impacting the 2nd and 3rd choices (remain as such), and then select a new 1st choice. However, if they decide they don't want their first choice at all, leaving the 2nd and 3rd only, they can then either click "Fix Numbers" or simply Save Changes and the 2nd and 3rd choices will be renumbered to 1, and 2.
