RAPD-1651 - Ability for Locations to Add/Remove Location Administrator and/or Schedule Viewer Access Within Their Own Location
Location Administrators have the ability to either remove existing or add new Location Admins or Schedule Viewers to their Location. Company Administrators must enable either and/or both from the Allow Administrators for this Location to add/remove the following security roles section in the Edit Location window prior.
The Add/Remove Actions can then be found in the SETTINGS tab. Accessing either link displays a list of employees currently filling those roles with a Remove option to delete the listed user. The Add Administrator to this Location link at the top of the list allows the user to Search employees by Last Names, once selected a Create button is available.
RAPD-3876 - Denote Emails When They Come from Non-Prod Instances
When emails are generated from a Non-Production instance, the subject line of the email will be pre-pended with text such as "QA - Please Ignore".
RAPD-5991 - Only Apply Points at Highest Level in Disciplinary Actions
ARCOS has added a RULE SET giving Administrators the option to limit the amount of disciplinary actions applied to an employee when additional points trigger multiple disciplinary actions. Company Administrators, through the Edit Dependability Rule Set window, can check the "When adding points triggers multiple disciplinary actions, only apply the one with the highest point threshold". When enabled, the action with the highest amount of points will affect the Level applied.
