RAPD-1016 - Bid Lines Selected Needs to Display Total Slots & Lines - New Feature Request

Updates have been made to display the correct amount of Bid Lines and Slots Selected when viewing the Employee Participation Level of a Bid Package. The column previously labeled Bid Lines Selected has been updated to Bid Lines/Slots Selected and displays the value of the column as 0/0 where the first value is the number of Bid Lines and the second, is the number of Slots available to the employee.

RAPD-2253 - Have OT Reason and Comment Fields Be Required On Shifts Coming From Terminated Employee's Bid Line Assignments

Users have the ability to require the OT Reason and Comment fields to appear on shifts that derive from a terminated employee's Bid Line assignment, which will then appear for the Supervisor to submit on the Add Shift page when reassigning. Company Administrators will need to enable, per selected Location, the "Overtime reason required for terminated employee shifts unassigned" Shift Rule prior. The "Overtime comment required for terminated employee shifts unassigned" option is available only when the OT Reason option is enabled prior.

Once enabled, these required fields will appear only for employees who had the "Transfer all shifts to an unassigned list so they can be individually reassigned (or deleted) as overtime-eligible shift" option selected by the Location Administrator during the termination process.

The information will then populate the Reason and Comment sections in the Overtime Shifts Report.

RAPD-3557 - Enhancement to Schedule View Sensitive Data Access

ARCOS has enhanced the Restrict Sensitive Data Shift Rule Set to allow Company Administrators to enable access for Schedule Viewers. When the "Restrict Sensitive Data" option is toggled ON the "Allow Schedule Viewers to View Sensitive Data" option appears. Disabled by default, the Company Administrator will need to toggle ON to allow Schedule Viewers to view Show History and Day History options on the employee calendar.

RAPD-4269 - Revise Login Screen

The Login screen has been updated to allow users to retrieve their username with the addition of the "Forgot your username and password?".

RAPD-6334 - Incorrect Day History Note States Shift Was Deleted Due To Employee Transfer

The Day History message displayed when selected while viewing assigned shifts on an employee calendar has been updated to provide a more detailed description. The previous messages "Deleted due to employee transfer OR shortened Bid Lines" will now display as "Deleted due to Bid Line shortened OR assigned" depending on the circumstances, and include the names of the associated administrator and employee.

NOTE: For Bid Lines that were shortened or assigned prior to this change being made, the message in Day History will indicate an "unknown" reason for why the shift was deleted.
