RAPD-703 - Inconsistent Report Names Once Selected/Generated

ARCOS has updated the reports criteria page to display the titles as they appear listed in the Reports tab. The generated report titles will be addressed in an upcoming release.

RAPD-6288 - Unable to Edit Shifts After Day Divide on First Day of Pay Period

ARCOS has updated the Edit Shift functionality to allow for edits to occur on a Day Divide shift during the first day of a new pay period since they do not occur in the pay period that has been frozen.

RAPD-6735 - Dependability System: Re-Crossing Point Threshold Not Triggering Disciplinary Action

ARCOS has updated Dependability System functionality to allow for any re-crossing of a previously crossed point threshold to now trigger the associated disciplinary action required. Note: Completed actions cannot be re-triggered on the same day. Any given action can only be completed once per day.

RAPD-3851 - Shift Offer Enhancement

Supervisors can now offer Shifts to Employees which appear on their Home page with the shift details with Accept and Decline options.

The Shift Rule Set must be enabled by a Company Administrator before any Supervisors make an Offer.

Once enabled Supervisors can view any Unassigned Shifts, which can be filtered by Work Group, Date, or Shift Type, from the Shift Management tab and the Make Offer link is available.

Selecting the Make Offer link opens the Offering Shift page for the selected date displaying an Offer button for the list of qualifying employees. An Override & Offer button displays if the selected shift overlaps an existing scheduled shift. Once selected, the Supervisor will need to Verify the Shift Offer.

When an Offer is made, the Employee will be notified on their Home page where they can Accept or Decline the offer and verify.

The Pending Open Shift Offer appears on their Calendar. Details are displayed on the Shift History page.
