RAPD-5591 - Holiday Calendar History

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has added the Holiday Calendar History link available to Company Administrators in the HISTORY tab. When selected, displays the list of all Holiday Calendars associated with the Location. Selecting from this list displays any changes made to that calendar such as Who made the change, What change was made, and When the change was made.

RAPD-6913 - Revision to "Shift Trade Prohibited" Message

ARCOS has enhanced the Shift Trade Prohibited conflict warning, to include the following messages, based on Shift Rule Sets as defined by an Administrator:

• Overlap with other shifts exceeds the limit
• Cannot pick up a shift that overlaps a PTO shift
• Cannot pick up a shift on the day with PTO
• Cannot pick up a shift on the day of base schedule
• Cannot pick up a shift on the exact time of original shift
• Cannot pick up a shift on the day with the absence
• Cannot pick up open shift overlapping original shift
• Approved Unscheduled TO exists within the time frame
• Missing Skill
• On-call time exists within the time frame
• Personal Time exists within the time frame

RAPD-7324 - Ability to Add a Do Not Pay in a PPC via Edit Shift

Applicable for customers using RosterApps for Payroll (Time & Attendance): ARCOS has added a Do Not Pay option available to Time Keepers via the Adjust button in the Prior Pay Correction window. This will prevent this record from being sent to payroll.

RAPD-7476 - Product Updates for the Global Dependability Report Criteria Screen and Report

The Global Dependability Report format and the criteria page have been updated to better reflect the primary queries made by users, the Last Action, and the Last Action On date.
