This appendix contains information that may be useful for troubleshooting miscellaneous problems, including information on alternate URLs to correct DNS issues, how to take screen captures when you need to send them to ARCOS support, and information on issues with selected versions of Java. This is not intended to be a substitute for the ARCOS support line, but more a way to augment that resource by making additional information available.
