Error Messages when Uploading .wav Files

Depending on security settings on your browser you may receive a pop-up stating the file does not exist when attaching an IRF file to a callout or .wav file to a new custom message.

To Prevent Error Messages when Uploading Files

1. Click Tools on the browser window.

2. Select Internet Options.

3. Select the Security tab in the Internet Options window.

   

4. Click the Custom Level button.

5. Scroll down to "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" section in the Security Settings window.

   

6. Select Enable for "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server".

7. Click OK.
